Farmworker’s Village – Saticoy, CA

The design was to contribute to the visual feeling of a village environment and was completed in three phases. Phase I, the rehabilitation and modernization of the existing 82 single family houses, Phase II the design and construction of 35 new family houses as an extension to the existing Village, and Phase III, the design and construction of 39 new housing units, a community building and a central village green.
